- 3We count, privatelyOnce a week you see roughly how many people opened your link, applied or enquired, in ranges starting at “under 10” — never who, and never whether one particular person did.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
A favour to a peer, not a sales scheme.
- Referring a candidate is not paid: no cash, gift or reward is offered for it.
- Paid introduction terms exist only for registered partners and coaches — see Partners & coaches.
- We never show you the name, details or application status of anyone you referred, or whether a particular person applied.
- Your own applications and your own company’s enquiries do not count as referrals.
- When someone opens your link we remember the code only until they close their browser, and they can remove it.
