01
What the employer must confirm
Provide the organisation's identity, an authorised contact, the current job description, hiring ownership and the mandate or empanelment reference. Confirm that the vacancy is approved and genuinely open.
Supply the permitted public brief, role location, working model, requirements and expected recruitment window. Identify information that must remain private and who can approve disclosure.
02
Verification and publication
HireIQ checks authority and vacancy evidence before a listing can be published through its existing publishing process. Evidence is recorded internally; publication requires the applicable checks and approval.
Each listed role must show its last verification date. The designed freshness control is seven days; an expired confirmation requires re-verification rather than leaving a stale role open.
03
Keep the opening accurate
Notify the team when the role changes, closes, is put on hold or no longer accepts profiles. A previously correct listing can become stale; verification is a dated check, not a permanent guarantee.
A public listing is not automatic acceptance of every CV. Profiles must clear internal suitability review and candidate permission before employer submission.
Discuss the right scope
Use the existing enquiry route for a broad, non-sensitive brief. Do not send candidate or employee records at this stage.
