What makes Pro different
Pro provides an assigned reviewer, priority handling in our preparation service, a human-reviewed assessment and role-focused CV enhancement. Structured clarification, named outputs, turnaround and revision allowance are set out in the offer.
Priority applies to HireIQ’s preparation work. It does not mean the employer ranks you ahead of a more suitable Free applicant. An assigned reviewer is not a promise that an employee works exclusively on your case.

Audit, enhance and equip
The audit examines how your experience, scope, ownership and evidence read against the role. Enhancement improves the structure and explanation of your record with your input. Unsupported claims are clarified, marked as unproven or left out; we do not invent achievements.
Your package identifies the files you receive. A PIR or supporting report can document the assessment and positioning work. A CareerOS plan or workbook can help you use it. These assets, add-ons, calls or extra revisions are included only when expressly listed. AI video profiling is not included in this launch.

Before you pay
Check the role, provider, exact files, exclusions, total including applicable taxes, delivery commitment, required inputs, revision allowance and cancellation/refund/job-closure treatment. Job-board Pro booking is available only with an approved offer.
There is no published universal price or turnaround for every job-board package. Standalone CVPRO appointment prices and terms do not automatically become job-board terms. Ask about reusing previous CVPRO work before buying it again.

What happens after payment
After profile submission and server-confirmed payment, client details can be shared privately where the client has authorised disclosure. Preparation starts under the agreed service terms and may need clarification or evidence from you.
Internal suitability review still applies. A purchased report or improved CV does not guarantee clearance, forwarding, an interview, an offer or a salary increase. You review the final documents before an appropriate submission. The delivered work remains yours to use, subject to the service terms.
