For employers · Enterprise programmes

Support a group without treating everyone the same.

Scope organisation-sponsored career support around the participant group, their needs and what can responsibly be delivered.

01

Define the programme

Describe the purpose, participant range, seniority, locations and timing without sending employee records in the initial enquiry. Confirm procurement ownership and the intended funding arrangement.

Potential components can include profile review, positioning support, workshops and individual advisory. Availability, delivery format and the exact allocation of time must be agreed before enrolment.

02

Protect individual choice

Explain to each participant what is included, what is optional and which information the sponsoring organisation receives. Programme sponsorship does not authorise unrestricted access to private career conversations.

Agree participation, document access, candidate consent and withdrawal arrangements. Any employer approach or CV distribution requires its own appropriate authorisation.

03

Measure delivered work

Agree reporting measures such as accepted participation, completed sessions, delivered documents and outstanding actions. Distinguish service completion from interviews or employment outcomes.

Set a named coordination route, escalation process and review cadence in the engagement. Do not promise a particular placement rate or deadline without an expressly approved basis.

Discuss the right scope

Use the existing enquiry route for a broad, non-sensitive brief. Do not send candidate or employee records at this stage.
