Start with the role

Browse openings without registration or payment. Each brief shows the responsibilities, requirements, location, available compensation information, application deadline and Last verified date. Employer identity is initially confidential.

Choose a role that fits your experience. A vacancy confirmed by the employer can still be changed, paused or filled after the recorded check.

One form, then your choice

Both routes start with the same details and résumé. After saving them, choose Submit Free or review an available Pro offer and complete payment. Saving a draft or abandoning checkout is not the same as submitting Free.

Free uses your existing CV. Pro adds the preparation work and deliverables in the selected offer. Neither route purchases an interview or a place on the employer’s shortlist.

Review, permission and forwarding

HireIQ reviews the profile against the role. A profile is forwarded only when it clears our internal suitability review, fits the requirement and has the candidate’s permission. Paid preparation does not bypass that gate.

If forwarding is appropriate, you review the proposed documents and authorise submission for the specific role. For Free, that consent is to the confidential client; Pro identity disclosure follows submitted details, confirmed payment and client permission. The client decides interview qualification and hiring.

Understand your application status

Save the private link and reference shown on the receipt. They help distinguish the steps below; they are not a public profile or an account login.

Saved / payment pending: the application choice or payment is incomplete.
Received: HireIQ has your Free application; the client has not necessarily received it.
Pro confirmed: payment is confirmed; preparation and suitability review still follow.
Awaiting approval / ready: documents need your approval, or are approved for possible forwarding.
Submitted: staff has recorded actual delivery to the client.
Interview qualified: the client has confirmed interview qualification. This is not a job offer.
