What the Free route includes
You can browse the same verified roles, complete the shared form and submit your existing CV for internal suitability review. Review capacity is reserved for Free applications while the role is open; Free does not wait indefinitely for all paid work to finish.
HireIQ may ask essential questions to understand the application. Free does not include a personalised audit report, a CV rewrite, a PIR, CareerOS assets or the additional reviewer service included in Pro.

What happens to your CV
Submitting Free saves the application with HireIQ. Receipt is not client delivery. We first assess fit against the specific role and forward only profiles that pass our internal review and have the candidate’s approval.
A review may conclude that the role is not a suitable match. A Free application does not guarantee a detailed individual feedback report, client forwarding, an interview or employment.

Client confidentiality and your choice
The client name remains confidential until the client qualifies you for an interview and authorises disclosure. Before any forwarding, you can approve sending your existing CV to the confidential client for that specific role.
If you prefer to know the employer’s identity before any sharing, do not approve the confidential submission. Contact HireIQ to discuss the restriction. We cannot promise early disclosure or forwarding where the necessary permission is absent.

No forced upgrade
You do not need Pro to be considered. Paying for preparation does not change the role’s suitability criteria or buy an employer preference. An available upgrade is an optional service purchase, and its scope must be shown before payment.
Each vacancy is a separate application. Keep your private reference and contact support if you need a correction or want to withdraw.
