A senior Advocate takes you to market. For six or twelve months.
One named Advocate, your evidence rebuilt, and a written report every week — for Directors, VPs and CXOs whose search we believe we can move. We accept a limited number of leaders each quarter.

Everything a senior search needs, run by one person who owns it.
A named senior Advocate
One person with fifteen years or more in hiring owns your search end to end and takes the first call when a company replies. CXO engagements are led by the founder.
Your evidence, rebuilt first

Read more →Six months or twelve. One fixed fee. No success fee.
The average job search now runs 22 to 24 weeks, so we do not sell anything shorter than six months.
The fee depends on the seniority of the role you are targeting and the term you choose. It is set out in a written engagement letter after we accept you — never on a call, never discounted, never tied to your salary and never tied to being hired. No engagement fee is charged before you sign the letter, and the volumes for your term are confirmed in it. Source for the search length: SBAM, February 2026 (US data).
