1. Zero cost, and separate from paid services
Listing a mandate on HireIQ and receiving presented candidates carries no fee to the employer. Talpro’s paid recruitment, staffing, RPO, payroll and outplacement services are separate offerings under separate written agreements and are never bundled into a HireIQ empanelment.
2. Your warranties
- You are authorised to empanel Talpro for the role and to name a hiring contact.
- The vacancy is genuine and current, with fixed CTC of ₹50 L or more.
- You will re-confirm the role at least every 7 days, and tell us promptly when it is paused, filled or withdrawn.
- You will not ask Talpro to collect, or charge, any fee from candidates.
- Your selection process complies with applicable law, including non-discrimination.
3. The brief and disclosures
Talpro writes the 360° brief with your hiring team; you approve it before publication. You choose in writing what may be disclosed to Premium applicants (budget band, your name, a hiring-team note). Nothing beyond that is disclosed.
4. Candidates and their data
Profiles are presented only with each candidate’s consent and only for the role concerned. You will use candidate data solely to assess that candidate for that role, keep it confidential and secure, and delete it when no longer needed for that purpose. Hiring decisions, offers and employment terms are solely yours.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other’s confidential information (including unpublished role details, candidate data and commercial information) confidential and use it only for the mandate. This obligation survives the end of the empanelment.
6. Name and logo
Under the empanelment agreement, you grant Talpro a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your name and logo to Premium applicants and on hireiq.pro as a hiring partner, for the duration of the empanelment. Roles you designate as confidential are always shown by sector description only.
7. Term, law and how to sign
Either party may end an empanelment on written notice; obligations on confidentiality and data survive. Indian law applies; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. The agreement is issued from hr@talproindia.com, pre-filled with your details, and signed electronically. To begin, use List a verified mandate.
