How the work is done
A Talpro reviewer audits how your experience, scope, ownership and evidence read against this brief. The CV is rewritten from what you supply: unsupported claims are clarified with you, marked or left out — we do not invent achievements, numbers or titles. You receive the rewritten documents and must approve them before anything is sent to the employer.
What Premium never buys
- A shortlist, an interview, an offer or a salary outcome.
- A place ahead of a better-matched Free applicant.
- Any change to the review gate, which is the same for every route.
- Ongoing representation for other roles — that is a separate advisory service.
Payment, invoice and refunds
Payment is taken by Razorpay on hireiq.pro. The amount shown at checkout, including 18% GST, is the amount charged, and a GST invoice is issued. If the employer pauses or closes the role, refunds follow the published rules on Payments & refunds and the Premium terms.
