1. Our role
HireIQ Verified Jobs, HireIQ Pro and related services on hireiq.pro (together, “HireIQ”) are provided by Talpro India Private Limited (“Talpro”, “we”). HireIQ is a facilitation and aggregation service: we publish leadership roles that employers have authorised us to publish, review applications against the employer’s brief, and — with the candidate’s consent — present suitable profiles to that employer. We also offer optional preparation and career advisory services to individuals.
2. We are not the employer
Talpro is not the employer, recruiter-of-record or agent of any candidate for any role listed on HireIQ, unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. Applying, being reviewed, being presented or buying a Premium or advisory service does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment or any obligation of any employer towards you.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise, represent or guarantee that any person will be shortlisted, presented, interviewed, offered a role, employed, paid a particular salary or remain employed. No fee paid to Talpro — for Premium, add-ons or advisory services — buys or improves the chance of any such outcome beyond the quality of the preparation itself. Any statement on the site to the contrary should be read subject to this disclaimer.
4. Decisions that belong to the employer
Whether to interview, whom to select, whether to make an offer, its terms, background and reference checks, joining date and all terms of employment are decided solely by the employer. Talpro has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, those decisions or for the conduct of any employer, its staff or its agents.
5. Information provided by employers and candidates
Role briefs are written with, and approved by, the employer. Our verification is limited to the checks described in How we verify jobs: authority, a current mandate, an approved brief, the ₹50 L fixed-CTC floor and re-confirmation at least every 7 days. A confirmation date records a past check; it does not guarantee the role remains open. We do not audit employers’ finances, culture or plans, nor independently verify every statement a candidate makes. Please make your own enquiries before accepting any offer.
6. Not professional advice
Preparation, positioning and negotiation guidance is general career guidance. It is not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice. Seek a qualified professional before acting on such matters.
7. Third-party services and links
Payments are processed by Razorpay; meetings may use third-party platforms; the site may link to other websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Talpro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, earnings or reputation arising from use of HireIQ or from any employer’s decision. Our total liability to a candidate in connection with any paid service is limited to the amount that candidate paid Talpro for that service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
