1. What is sold
Premium, Premium Insight and Premium Complete are preparation services for one named role, with optional add-ons (LinkedIn optimisation, executive cover letter for the role, additional revision round) available with Complete. The scope of each tier is set out on Premium preparation and Pricing, which form part of these terms.
2. Disclosures
Disclosures included in a tier (budget band, employer name, hiring-team note) are made only where the employer has authorised them in writing. A tier that includes an unauthorised disclosure is not offered on that role. Disclosed information is confidential and for your application only.
3. Price, payment and invoice
Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown inclusive of 18% GST. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Launch pricing, where offered, is 50% off the base price and ends on the date or unit count stated on the pricing page, whichever comes first. Payment is processed by Razorpay. A GST invoice is issued by Talpro India Private Limited.
4. Delivery and your approval
Work begins after payment is confirmed. Documents are written from information you supply; we do not invent facts. You must review and approve rewritten documents before they are sent to any employer, and you remain responsible for their accuracy once approved.
5. No outcome guarantee
No tier guarantees a shortlist, interview, offer, salary or any outcome. Free and Premium applications pass the same review gate. Not progressing is not a ground for refund.
6. Refunds and role closure
- Role paused or closed by the employer before preparation starts: full refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Role closed after preparation starts: delivered components remain yours; undelivered components are refunded pro-rata by component price.
- Change of mind within 24 hours of payment and before any call or rewrite is delivered: full refund.
- Duplicate payment: refunded in full.

7. Other terms
The candidate terms and facilitator disclaimer also apply. Career advisory packages sold elsewhere on the site are governed by the terms of engagement and advisory refund policy, not by these terms.
