1. Who may apply
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract and applying on your own behalf. Applications made for someone else, by automated means or in bulk are not accepted.
2. The service
Talpro publishes employer-authorised roles, reviews applications against the employer’s brief and, with your consent, presents suitable profiles to that employer. Applying is free at every stage. Optional Premium services are governed additionally by the Premium terms. The facilitator disclaimer forms part of these terms.
3. Your information
You confirm that the information, CV and evidence you submit are true, current and yours to share, and that you will correct them promptly if they change. We may decline or withdraw an application that contains false, misleading or plagiarised material, and may inform the employer if a presented profile is found to be materially untrue.
4. Consent and sharing
Your application is shared only with the employer for the role you applied to, only after the review gate and only under the consent you give on the form. We will not share it with any other employer without asking you. Details are in Your permission to share.
5. Confidentiality
Information about an employer, role, budget or hiring team disclosed to you in the process is confidential. Use it only for your application; do not publish or pass it on, or approach the employer’s staff outside the process to circumvent it.
6. Conduct
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend applications or access for misuse, abuse of staff, fraud or breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, design and briefs belong to Talpro or the relevant employer. Documents rewritten for you under a paid service are licensed to you for your own career use once paid for.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in section 8 of the facilitator disclaimer. You are responsible for losses caused to Talpro or an employer by information you knowingly falsified.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the version and date are shown below and the version you accepted is stored with your application. Indian law applies; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer-law rights. Questions: hello@talproindia.com. Complaints: Grievance redressal.
