Who pays, how verification works, and the terms you agree to

Everything on this page is a commitment of Talpro India Pvt Ltd (“Talpro”). If anything on the site contradicts this page, this page wins.

Who pays whom

  • Employers pay Talpro a search fee under a signed mandate. That fee is agreed with the employer and is never charged to candidates.
  • Candidates pay nothing to apply, be reviewed, be presented, be interviewed or receive an offer.
  • Premium is an optional preparation service candidates may buy from Talpro for one role. It is offered only on roles where the employer has authorised, in writing, each disclosure Premium includes (budget band; employer name; hiring-team note). It does not alter the review gate.

How verification works

  • Listing requires a signed mandate, a named hiring contact and a mandate reference, shown on every role.
  • The brief is written with the hiring team and approved by the employer before publication.
  • The employer re-confirms the role is open at least every 7 days. We record who confirmed and the evidence (email, call note). Roles not re-confirmed are paused automatically.
  • We make no superlative claims about ourselves and do not claim to be free of errors. If a role is withdrawn by the employer, every applicant is told, and Premium buyers are refunded under the terms below.

Premium terms (v2026-10-15)

  1. Premium, Premium Insight and Premium Complete are preparation services for one named role, sold by Talpro India Pvt Ltd. Prices are shown inclusive of 18% GST; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. A GST invoice is issued.
  2. Scope: Premium — budget band, executive CV rewrite against the brief, one 45-minute preparation call. Insight — Premium plus employer name, hiring-team note, two preparation calls, written feedback after the review gate. Complete — Insight plus a prepared dossier presented to the hiring team and offer-stage guidance. Add-ons (LinkedIn optimisation, cover letter, extra revision) are available on Complete.
  3. No tier guarantees a shortlist, interview, offer, or any outcome. Free and Premium applications pass through the same review gate.
  4. Disclosures (band, name, note) are made only where the employer authorised them; the option to buy a tier that includes an unauthorised disclosure is not offered.
  5. You approve rewritten documents before they are sent to any employer.
  6. Launch pricing: where shown, it is 50% off the base price and ends on the date or unit count stated on the pricing page, whichever comes first.

Refunds and role closure

  • Role paused or closed by the employer before preparation starts: full refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Role closed after preparation starts: delivered work (CV, calls) remains yours; undelivered components are refunded pro-rata by component price.
  • Change of mind within 24 hours of payment and before any call or rewrite is delivered: full refund.
  • Not proceeding past the review gate is not a refund event — Premium is preparation, not placement.

Privacy & consent

  • Your application and CV are processed for the role you applied to and shared with that employer only if you pass the review gate.
  • We do not share your CV with any other employer without asking you first.
  • We record the consent version, time and IP address with every application so both sides can see what was agreed.
  • You can withdraw at any time from your tracker; we then stop processing and delete the CV within 30 days unless an interview process is underway with your knowledge.

Scam advisory

  • Talpro never asks for a fee to be considered, presented or interviewed.
  • We never ask for bank details, Aadhaar, PAN or passport copies before an employer offer is in hand, and then only through the employer’s own onboarding.
  • Our team writes from @talproindia.com addresses only. Payment pages are on hireiq.pro and processed by Razorpay.
  • If someone contacts you claiming to be Talpro and asks for money or documents, forward it to hello@talproindia.com.

Claims register

We publish the claims we make and what backs each: “employer-empanelled” — signed mandate on file, reference shown on listing; “re-confirmed every 7 days” — reconfirmation log with date, name and evidence per role; “₹50 L+ only” — fixed-CTC floor enforced at mandate intake; “apply free” — no candidate fee at any stage. We do not make superlative or absolute claims about ourselves.
