• 1518 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5 years in a CFO or similar role• Experience in financial planning, corporate finance, working capital management, and taxation• Experience in service-driven businesses with revenues of 500 Cr+• Deep knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance standards• Strong command over financial modeling, treasury operations, and investor reporting• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification strongly preferred• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or MBA in Finance from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-School will also be consideredThis role requires a candidate with a clean legal track record and a commitment to governance, transparency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
