We are combining the strengths of Edxera (an ed-tech, institutional training, and digital skill accelerator) and **Cosysta (an enterprise technology, software engineering, and digital growth agency) under a consolidated corporate umbrella.
Operating as an integrated growth and venture vehicle, the unified group delivers enterprise SaaS platforms, AI-enabled software solutions, and high-impact workforce training initiatives across domestic and international markets. To support our acceleration roadmap, corporate consolidation, and institutional fundraising rounds, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to drive financial engineering, investor relations, and capital allocation.

Role Overview

The CFO will serve as the commercial thought partner to the CEO, taking full ownership of corporate finance, capitalization strategy, legal-financial consolidation, and venture acceleration. This leader will structure the group's legal and capital framework, institute institutional-grade financial discipline, build multi-entity financial models, and spearhead seed-to-growth fundraising efforts with angel networks, venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional grant bodies.

Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising . Investor Relations

• Architect the investment thesis, pitch decks, multi-entity unit economics, and data rooms required for equity and venture debt fundraising.

• Manage active pipelines with angel syndicates, venture capitalists, family offices, and startup grant mechanisms across India and global corridors (GCC, Southeast Asia, US).

• Lead term sheet negotiations, due diligence audits, cap table engineering, convertible notes/SAFE instruments, and post-investment governance.

Strategic Corporate Structuring . Consolidation

• Consolidate the dual operational arms—Edxera (education, community skilling, B2B training) and Cosysta (custom software development, SaaS products, performance marketing)—into an optimal holding or parent-subsidiary structure.

• Design robust intercompany pricing, revenue-sharing agreements, shared-services accounting, and tax-efficient asset transfers.

• Align the consolidated balance sheet to qualify for government startup schemes, MSME scale-up incentives, R.D credits, and accelerator grants.

Financial Planning, Modeling . Unit Economics

• Build scalable rolling forecasts, 3- to 5-year consolidated financial models, and departmental budget controls.

• Establish clear metrics across software service margins, SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Net Retention, Churn), and ed-tech cohort profitability.

• Optimize cash-burn velocity, treasury operations, and working capital cycles to maximize runway without throttling product releases.

Governance, Compliance . Financial Operations

• Direct statutory audits, tax planning, GST filings, transfer pricing policies, and secretarial compliances.

• Establish modern ERP/accounting automation pipelines to replace fragmented reporting with real-time financial dashboards.

• Oversee commercial contract reviews, client MSAs, enterprise software billing cycles, and payment gateway economics.

Qualifications . Experience

• Experience: 8–15. years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3. years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance) inside a high-growth startup, VC-backed enterprise, tech holding group, or boutique investment bank.

• Credentials: Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or MBA in Finance from a tier-1 institution.

• Fundraising Track Record: Direct, demonstrable experience closing equity rounds (Pre-Seed to Series A/B) or structuring venture accelerator programs.

• Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of recurring revenue models (SaaS), IT services cash-flow cycles, and ed-tech unit economics.

• Technical Agility: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, corporate cap-table software, and cloud accounting/ERP ecosystems.
