About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at our organization, your primary responsibility is to lead and implement the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to drive brand development, digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.   • • Build and manage marketing funnels and landing pages

  • • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion

  • • Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies

  • • Manage SEO, social media, and digital presence

  • • Create content strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • • Launch campaigns to increase footfall and revenue

  • • Develop marketing collateral (pitch decks, case studies, videos)

  • • Lead storytelling and brand messaging initiatives

  • • Oversee content calendars and campaign execution

  • • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

  • • Manage the marketing budget effectively

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • • Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar senior marketing role

  • • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
