Role Purpose

Lead TCY's marketing, brand, communications, and growth initiatives to build a category-leading EdTech brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute TCY's overall marketing, branding, and communications strategy.Build a strong, differentiated brand that stands for innovation, trust, and student success.Develop compelling content, storytelling, PR, social media, and thought leadership programs.Build and optimize performance marketing across SEO, SEM, social media, email, YouTube, and partnerships.Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, analytics, personalization, and automation.Build a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.What We're Looking For

12 + years of marketing leadership experience in technology, SaaS, consumer internet, or EdTech.Proven success in brand building, growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and communications.Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using modern AI marketing tools.Creative thinker with a strong bias for experimentation, speed, and measurable outcomes.If you're passionate about building iconic brands, telling compelling stories, leveraging AI, and creating marketing that delivers measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you. .
