About the Role

Role Overview:
JKKN Educational Institution is looking for a Chief Branding and Engagement Officer to oversee the institution's brand strategy and engagement initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for promoting the institution's identity and mission through strategic branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, and enhancing engagement with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the College's mission and objectives.

  • • Oversee marketing and communication efforts to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.

  • • Collaborate with academic departments to highlight academic offerings and achievements.

  • • Manage public relations activities to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.

  • • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive brand development and engagement strategies.

  • • Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate efforts with external vendors when necessary.

  • • Report on branding and engagement performance metrics to the senior leadership team.

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration (M.A./M.B.A.) or a related field.

  • • Minimum of 4 years of experience in branding or marketing roles, preferably within the education sector.

  • • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights for strategic decision-making.

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • • Demonstrated creativity in executing branding campaigns.

  • • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and engagement tools.

  • • Sound understanding of the higher education landscape and trends.
