About the Role

Head - Logistics & Warehousing

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all warehouse and distribution center activities to ensure seamless inventory flow and order fulfillment for our regional client base.

• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers to maintain operational excellence and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

• Analyze regional logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce turnaround time and operational costs.

• Lead the strategic planning for infrastructure expansion and resource allocation to support the scaling requirements of the Madhya Pradesh market.

• Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure uninterrupted supply chain continuity and proactive risk management.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale warehouse operations and complex distribution networks with a focus on lean methodology.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse, on-site teams while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret supply chain metrics and translate them into actionable business strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate effectively with vendors and communicate operational updates to senior leadership.

• A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.

• High degree of adaptability to an on-site work environment, with the willingness to travel across various locations within Madhya Pradesh to oversee regional hubs.
