Role: Chief Supply Chain Officer

Reporting To: Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO)

We are looking for a world-class supply chain leader to join one of the largest and fastest-growing diamond and fine jewelry manufacturers in the world.

Our company supplies premium diamond jewelry to leading global retailers and brands across the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom, supported by vertically integrated operations spanning diamond growing, cutting & polishing, jewelry design, and large-scale manufacturing.

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) who can build and lead a next-generation supply chain capable of supporting large-scale international growth.

What you will lead

End-to-end global supply chain strategy

Procurement and sourcing of diamonds, precious metals, and key materials

International logistics and distribution across major markets

Demand planning, inventory optimization, and production planning

Strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics partners worldwide

Implementation of technology, automation, and data-driven supply chain systems

Who we are looking for

15+ years of supply chain leadership experience

Proven experience managing complex global manufacturing supply chains

Strong background in procurement, logistics, and operational transformation

Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, consumer products, or global manufacturing is highly preferred

A leader capable of building high-performance teams and scalable operations
