• 15 Years of experience in Finance . Accounts• Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants on a PAN India basis• Strong exposure to manufacturing industry accounting and financial controlsSkills Required

• Oversee complete Finance . Accounts operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India• Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit . Loss Account, and financial statements• Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting• Monitor plant-wise accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities• Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund management• Coordinate with auditors and banks.• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems• Prepared MIS reports and delivered financial insights to management to support decision-making and quarterly financial presentations before Board meetings.• Ensure smooth ERP/SAP-based accounting operations across locationsPreferred Candidate Profile
