About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and visionary Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) to lead the organization, drive business growth, and strengthen operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in the BFSI or Insurance sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesBeing CDSL entity to be aligned and ensure compliance to both SEBI and IRDAI norms. P&L Responsibility, develop and execute the organization's strategic vision and business plans.Lead overall business operations, financial performance, and organizational growth.Drive business development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.Represent the organization before regulators, clients, investors, and industry forums.Promote innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and customer-centricity.Required Skills & ExperienceAround 20 years of overall work experience, with leadership experience in the Insurance Technology/ Insurance & Insurance Broking Companies, Banking Sector.Proven experience in interacting with Regulator and Managing business operations.Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred BackgroundExperience in Insurance Repository, InsurTech, Insurance Companies, Insurance Broking Companies, Banking, FinTechPrevious experience as CEO, MD, Executive Director, COO, or other senior leadership roles.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of CDSL Group and lead a growing organization.Collaborative leadership environment in a Regulated Space.Compensation and performance-based incentives.
