Founded in 1993, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Private Equity, Insurance, and Algorithmic Investment Strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Key Result Areas 1. Revenue Leadership — Own the company's growth. Accountable for agreed targets on revenue, profitability, AUM, client acquisition, and client retention. 2. Build a High-Performance Organisation — Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding professionals. Create a culture where performance is recognised quickly.
3. Build Systems — Institutionalise the company through SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, review systems, an accountability framework, and automation. The organisation should never depend on individuals.
4. Business Development — Act as a business leader — bring meaningful relationships, open strategic opportunities, expand existing revenue streams, and build new distribution channels.
5. Leadership — Lead every business function: Sales, Marketing, Wealth Management, Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
6. Build Future Leaders — Create an organisation where leadership grows continuously.
7. Culture — Build a workplace grounded in ownership, integrity, respect, learning, and execution.
8. Founder Independence — Within 24 months, develop the systems and leadership needed to significantly reduce the Founder's operational involvement — freeing greater focus on strategy, research, innovation, and long-term growth.
