About the Role

As a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at HERMEiAS, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy, managing sales operations, and leading the sales team to ensure revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management

  • • Experience in Training and Team Management with a track record of leading high-performing teams

  • • Strong strategic planning capabilities

  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills

  • • Minimum of a Diploma and/or Experience in business, marketing, or related field; a degree is a plus

  • • Experience in B2B SaaS or related industries is an advantage
