Role: Chief of Staff - CEO Office

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to work closely with the CEO as Chief of Staff. This is a high-visibility role at the center of the CEOs office, supporting fundraising initiatives, strategy-related presentations, business planning, investor interactions and key strategic projects. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is sharp, analytical, execution-oriented and comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the CEO across all fundraising activities, including preparation of investor decks, financial exhibits, data room materials, investor updates and diligence responses.Assist in developing strategy presentations for the board, investors, lenders, partners and internal leadership discussions.Build and refine business plans, operating models, forecasts, budgets and scenario analyses to support strategic and fundraising decisions.Prepare high-quality research, market analysis, competitive benchmarking and business case memos for CEO review.Support investor and stakeholder interactions by preparing meeting briefs, discussion materials, follow-up notes and action trackers.Translate raw data, inputs and CEO direction into clear, decision-ready presentations and concise written summaries.Track key business KPIs, monitor performance against plan and highlight risks, gaps and follow-up actionsTake ownership of special projects and ad hoc analysis for the CEO.

Qualifications

35 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, CEOs office, strategy, corporate finance, business planning, investor relations or a high-growth startup environment.Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers, unit economics, cash flows and fundraising requirements.Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create crisp, well-structured, senior-level presentations.Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including budgets, projections, scenario analysis and business plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort supporting investor and senior stakeholder interactions.High energy, strong ownership mindset and comfortable with ambiguity, fast turnarounds and multiple priorities in a founder / CEO-led environment.

What Success Looks Like

Fundraising and investor materials are sharp, accurate, well-structured and ready for CEO use with minimal rework.Business plans and financial models are reliable, logically built and useful for strategic decision-making.The CEO has clear, concise and timely materials for board, investor, lender and strategic discussions.Ad hoc requests are handled quickly, thoughtfully and with strong judgment on what matters most. .
