Job Description


The CFO is a strategic partner to the CEO and the board of directors, focused on long-term
Financial planning and growth.
Strategic Financial Planning
Financial Management , Reporting
Risk Management ; Compliance
Capital & Investment Management
Cash Flow ; Liquidity
Leadership ; Team Management.


Qualifications :

Education: A bachelors degree in finance or accounting is standard, with an MBA or
professional certification (CPA or CA) often required or preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 10-15+ years of experience in financial management,
with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills are essential for this high-level, influential role.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting && Bookkeeping: Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Auditing: Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting
standards and regulations.
Taxation: Compute taxes, prepare and file tax returns, and ensure adherence to
national and local tax laws.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements (balance sheets, income
statements, cash flow statements) and reports for internal and external use.
Budgeting Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental and
annual budgets.
