You are seeking a VP/Sr VP - Operations for a Mumbai-based client, specifically looking for candidates located in Mumbai with at least 15 years of experience. As the Vice President/Senior Vice President, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer experience within the Payment Aggregator ecosystem. Your expertise in digital payments, merchant lifecycle management, risk operations, and managing high-volume transaction environments will be essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership and develop strategies to drive excellence in operations.

• Oversee Merchant Lifecycle Management to ensure efficient processes.

• Manage risk, fraud, and compliance activities to safeguard the organization.

• Supervise merchant and vendor relationships to optimize partnerships.

• Lead Customer Service Management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Utilize AI, digital, and technology experience to drive innovation.

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines for seamless operations.

Ideal Profile:

• Proven track record of managing large teams effectively.

• Prior experience in the Fintech, payments, or banking industry is desirable.

• Familiarity with risk and compliance guidelines is crucial.

• Experience in managing vendors and 3rd party merchant vendors is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred for this role.
