ReUnited is a B2B platform transforming the way real estate brokers operate, collaborate and grow.

Our vision is to move brokers from a traditional “Property Dealer” mindset to a “Real Estate Portfolio Manager” mindset, while building a strong professional network, business opportunity ecosystem, knowledge platform and technology-enabled operating environment for the real estate community.
As we scale across cities and build a national network, we are looking for a
Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and lead the operating engine of the business.
About the Role

The COO will work directly with the Founder . CEO and will be responsible for turning strategy into execution, building scalable systems, driving business growth and creating a high-performance organisation.
This is not a traditional administrative operations role.

We are looking for a commercially driven operator who can bring together people, processes, technology, data and execution to build a scalable and profitable business.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations . Execution

  • • Translate the Founder . CEO's strategy into annual, quarterly and monthly operating plans.

  • • Establish clear KRAs, KPIs and accountability across functions.

  • • Build and manage a strong weekly and monthly operating cadence.

  • • Track business performance and ensure timely execution.

  • • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional solutions.

  • • Build systems that reduce dependency on Founder-led day-to-day execution.
  • Growth . Revenue Operations

  • • Build a predictable membership growth and revenue engine.

  • • Optimise the complete funnel: Lead → Qualification → Audit/Demo → Conversion → Onboarding → Engagement → Renewal → Referral.

  • • Establish sales targets, conversion benchmarks and pipeline reviews.

  • • Improve CRM adoption, sales productivity and follow-up discipline.

  • • Work with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

  • • Track metrics such as leads, conversion %, revenue, pipeline, CAC, revenue/member, renewal and churn.
  • Member Success . Retention

  • • Own the overall member lifecycle and member experience.

  • • Build structured onboarding and 30-60-90 day member success programs.

  • • Establish systems to monitor member engagement and identify at-risk members.

  • • Develop strategies to improve retention, renewals and referrals.

  • • Establish member satisfaction and NPS measurement.

  • • Create processes to understand and reduce member churn.
  • Events . Community

  • • Own the operational and commercial performance of ReUnited broker meets and events.

  • • Develop event processes, targets and performance metrics.

  • • Build a structured Event → Prospect → Membership conversion process.

  • • Track registrations, attendance, leads, conversions and event ROI.
  • City . Franchise Operations

  • • Build scalable systems for launching and managing ReUnited across cities.

  • • Develop city-level KPIs and reporting.

  • • Standardise onboarding, training and operating processes for city partners.

  • • Monitor city performance and create improvement plans for underperforming locations.

  • • Ensure a consistent ReUnited member experience across markets.
  • Technology, CRM . Automation

  • • Drive effective adoption of ReUnited's technology platform and CRM.

  • • Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.

  • • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven productivity.

  • • Work with technology teams to prioritise features based on business impact.

  • • Use technology to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team . Performance Management

  • • Build a high-performance, accountable organisation.

  • • Define roles, KRAs, KPIs and performance expectations.

  • • Recruit and develop key functional leaders.

  • • Establish regular performance reviews.

  • • Build incentive structures linked to measurable outcomes.

  • • Develop future leaders and strengthen organisational capability.
  • Financial . Operational Discipline

  • • Work with the Founder and Finance function on budgets and operating plans.

  • • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and unit economics.

  • • Track CAC, cost-to-serve and revenue per member.

  • • Identify productivity and cost optimisation opportunities.

  • • Establish monthly management reporting and performance reviews.
  • Process . SOP Development

    Build the ReUnited Operating System with clear, documented processes for:

  • • Lead management

  • • Sales

  • • CRM

  • • Membership conversion

  • • Member onboarding

  • • Member engagement

  • • Member success

  • • Renewals

  • • Referrals

  • • Events

  • • Complaints and issue resolution

  • • City/franchise operations

  • • Recruitment and training

  • • Reporting and performance management
  • The goal is simple:

    Candidate ProfileRequired

  • • 5–10. years of relevant professional experience.

  • • Strong experience in business operations, general management or a scale-up environment.

  • • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • • Strong commercial and business understanding.

  • • Experience building processes and systems from scratch.

  • • Strong understanding of sales, customer/member lifecycle and retention.

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.

  • • Strong CRM and technology orientation.

  • • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • • High ownership and strong execution mindset.

  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Preferred Industry Experience

    Candidates with experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:
