We are seeking an experienced Vice President Operations to lead and optimize business operations, drive operational excellence, and support the organization's strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional operations, implement scalable processes, and leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.

  • • Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.

  • • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

  • • Build scalable operational frameworks to support business expansion across global markets.

  • • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success.

  • • Drive process improvement initiatives through automation, AI, and digital transformation.

  • • Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to streamline cross-functional operations.

  • • Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.

  • • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • • Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • • 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Management, or Strategy, including leadership roles.

  • • Proven experience leading large-scale business operations in a quick-paced organization.

  • • Strong understanding of business process optimization, operational excellence, and organizational scaling.

  • • Experience with AI-driven technologies, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

  • • Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
