About the Role

Vice President - Operations

  • • Lead the operations of the company to manage and scale efficiently its manufacturing, supply chain and support functions.


    • Responsibilities:

  • • Build a culture of high process adherence, working efficiently, reducing waste and innovation


  • • Drive hiring of permanent/temporary workforce, training's and manage attrition


  • • Manage supply chain, drive improvements to reduce customer delivery timelines, reduce costs and procurement risks


  • • Identify and create more leaders within the company to lead various functions


  • • Improve quality standards, hygiene, safety metrics within different functions


    • Qualifications & Skills:

  • • Bachelors of Engineering from a good institute


  • • 18+ yrs of experience


  • • Strong manufacturing experience with process excellence


  • • Teamwork Oriented


  • • Thorough and Organized
