About the Role

• Lead marketing for India across customer segments with a cross-border focus, ensuring coordination with sales leadership.

• Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, focusing on customer growth and retention.

• Develop strong relationships with the India sales teams to jointly grow the pipeline.

• Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to refine targeting and produce compelling content and programs.

• Collaborate with Communications to increase awareness and drive thought leadership in the India market.

• Define and execute full-funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, events, and conferences.

• Track, measure, and optimize program results, seeking new best practices through experimental efforts.

• Educate various personas about the value Stripe brings to businesses through creative initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience leading an India marketing function across multiple customer segments.

• 3-5 years of team management experience.

• Proven track record in defining and executing India B2B marketing strategies.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.

• Experience collaborating with global marketing teams and partners.

• Understanding of CRM, account-based marketing, and email marketing tactics.

• Startup mentality with a bias to action.

• Experience marketing fintech, cloud services, or software solutions.

• Excellent organization, project management, and analytical skills.

• Resourceful, creative, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence.

• Familiarity with payments, financial technology, and ecommerce industries.
