SHIFT :- DAY SHIFT 9 am 6 pm
LOCATION :- M G Road, Bangalore



IT, Admin and Security
Managed day-to-day operations of Windows servers.
Handled Active Directory user administration and access rights.
Installed and configured hardware, software, and printers.
Monitored server performance and responded to incidents.
Applied security patches and maintained antivirus systems.
Provided L1support to internal users.
Configuration and Installation of M365 and O365. Experience in PST file and
OST file
Configuration of network printer and Installation of local printers and
Troubleshoot the related issues.
Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
Network Troubleshooting, System Backup and Recovery.
IT Support && Ticketing Tools, Patch Management and Security, Virtualization
