POST :- HEAD - ADMINISTRATION
QUALIFICATION :- MBA / MSW / GRADUATE
EXPERIENCE :- 8 - 15 YEARS
SALARY :- BEST IN INDUSTRY
SHIFT :- DAY SHIFT 9 am 6 pm
LOCATION :- M G Road, Bangalore

Administration :-

Supervising an administrative staff, including hiring, training and evaluating staff performance
Compiling data and preparing reports for upper management on administrative workflows
Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff
Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Managing office layout and making necessary changes to accommodate staff needs
Evaluating and selecting vendors based on factors such as price, quality, and speed of delivery
Resolving any issues and problems with vendors and escalating as needed
Maintaining clear and reliable records of all vendor agreements and updating as necessary
