We're building a dedicated bench of CXOs CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO, COO who've operated inside B2B SaaS businesses and understand the metrics, motion, and pace that come with them.

We're looking for leaders who bring:

15+ years of overall experience, with a meaningful chunk of it inside B2B SaaS organizationsFunctional depth in Finance, Marketing/Growth, HR/People, Technology/Product, Operations, or RevenuePrior experience operating at a CXO, VP, or senior leadership level, ideally with some exposure to fractional, interim, advisory, or board-level workComfort working with founders and leadership teams in fast-moving, metrics-driven environmentsA track record you can point to scaling ARR, building teams, shipping product, or running the numbers that mattered
