About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Head for an E-commerce company based in Pune with a salary range of 12 LPA, your role will involve owning end-to-end marketing functions such as performance ads, SEO, social media, content, and brand. You will be responsible for setting the overall marketing strategy, planning campaigns, and defining success metrics across various channels. Building a strong external network and representing the brand will also be a key aspect of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own end-to-end marketing functions including performance ads, SEO, social media, content, and brand.

  • • Develop and execute marketing strategies, plan campaigns, and measure success across different channels.

  • • Cultivate a robust external network and act as the brand representative.

  • • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in performance marketing and SEO, managing paid campaigns and organic growth effectively.

  • • Drive social media strategy by creating engaging content, managing platforms, and maintaining brand consistency.

  • • Lead, motivate, and train the marketing team, ensuring full ownership of marketing outcomes.

  • • Collaborate with a team comprising a Graphic Designer, Content/Social Media Manager, and Growth Hacker to support marketing initiatives effectively.

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • • MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • • Proficiency in SEO, performance marketing, and social media strategies.

  • • Experience in startups, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Technology companies preferred.

  • • Capable of independently leading and owning the marketing function.

    The company's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will oversee a team consisting of a Graphic Designer, a Content/Social Media Manager, and a Growth Hacker. The roles of these team members include designing marketing creatives, managing social media content, and fostering community growth through platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Telegram.
