Responsibilities:

Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM and other enterprise platformsPrevious professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficienciesPrevious experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments.Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domainsBasic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general IT controls and methodsExperience in developing Target Operating Models for clientsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsAbility and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North AmericaExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsAbility to anticipate and address client concerns and issuesDemonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levelsAbility to break complex issues into project steps and problem solveExperience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and WordStrong data manipulation skills utilizing ExcelDatabase knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access)Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements

Required Qualifications:
