Our client is a fast-growing consumer technology company building products and services used by millions of consumers. At the intersection of technology and large-scale operations, the business solves complex real-world challenges through innovative operating models, data, and AI, with customer delight at the core of everything they do.

As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the Founder & CEO in scaling the business.

The Role The COO will lead the company's end-to-end operations, driving operational excellence, scalability, and execution across the organization. This role requires an individual who combines top-tier strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership and has successfully scaled complex, tech-enabled consumer businesses.

The ideal candidate will have started their career in a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney) before moving into leadership roles within a high-growth consumer technology company, where they have built and managed large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead and scale end-to-end business operations across multiple functions.

  • • Build operating models that enable rapid, efficient, and sustainable growth.

  • • Drive strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, and customer experience.

  • • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to leverage technology and AI for process automation and operational efficiency.

  • • Develop data-driven performance metrics and governance mechanisms.

  • • Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

  • • Act as a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO on growth, expansion, and organizational priorities.

  • • 1218 years of experience.

  • • Early career experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney.

  • • Proven leadership experience scaling operations in a leading consumer technology, marketplace, mobility, quick commerce, food delivery, travel-tech, or other tech-enabled business.

  • • Solid track record of solving complex operational problems through technology, automation, and AI.

  • • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.

  • • Passion for building customer-centric organizations and driving operational excellence at scale. .
