Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Role Overview:
You are an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsible for leading the organization's technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise IT operations. Your role involves leveraging technology to drive business growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. You will oversee the end-to-end IT ecosystem, including enterprise applications, automation initiatives, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms, ensuring technology effectively supports business objectives. Your focus will be on driving digital innovation, identifying and implementing emerging technologies, transforming traditional business models into digitally enabled enterprises, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with business leaders, you will strengthen the organization's digital capabilities and enable sustainable growth through technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a shared vision and strategy for IT across all regions and multiple SBUs, subsidiaries, and operating entities aligned with the Companys growth strategies.

• Develop the digital strategy mission statement, end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of the company's digital roadmap.

• Connect digital investments to enterprise KPIs to drive positive digital transformation.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and revenue growth.

• Drive automation and digital initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency in manufacturing & operations.

• Enable digital tools and platforms to accelerate product development and innovation cycles in R&D & Innovation.

• Implement and enhance HR systems to improve employee experience and workforce productivity in HR.

• Ensure seamless technology integration and support to partners for efficient and effective business transactions.

• Leverage technology initiatives to enhance customer delight, retention, and share of wallet in Customer Experience.

• Ensure deployment of the right technology at optimal cost to enable differentiated service in the marketplace.

• Drive high levels of process automation to reduce dependency on manual processes, avoiding errors and re-work.

• Continuously scan the technology ecosystem to identify new technology and proactively suggest initiatives to business as a true enabler in Innovation & Technology Advancement.

• Ensure the information, the main asset of the company, is adequately protected from external and internal threats through the implementation of security policies in Information Security & Risk Management.

• Enhance the technical skills of the team to be aligned with the ecosystem in Team Capability Building.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 23-30 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record of driving digital transformation, innovation, and technology advancement.

• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

• Experience in team building, talent development, and stakeholder management.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP would be a plus. Role Overview:
