Job Description :

Role : Associate Vice President (Training).

Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 20+ Years.

Important Note (Fit Criteria) :

  • • Must have core international voice training experience.

  • • Profiles from L&D / HR / OD-only backgrounds will not be considered.

  • • Must demonstrate direct impact on business performance and ROI.

    • We are looking for a seasoned Training Leader to drive large-scale transformation across global voice operations.

    This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business-aligned training, performance improvement, and CX excellence.

    What Youll Drive :

  • • Lead and execute global training strategy aligned to business goals and operational KPIs.

  • • Own end-to-end training lifecycle across large international voice BPO operations.

  • • Build scalable, standardized training frameworks across multiple geographies.

  • • Partner with operations to improve CSAT, Quality, AHT, and productivity.

  • • Drive onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs.

  • • Own training P&L, cost optimization, and ROI.

  • • Influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • • 20+ years of experience in Training within international Voice BPO / CX operations.

  • • Proven experience managing large, multi-location training teams.

  • • Strong understanding of CX metrics & operational performance drivers.

  • • Demonstrated P&L ownership and business impact through training.

  • • Experience in driving AI / tech-led learning transformation.

  • • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
