• Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination and service delivery

• Monitor team performance, identify improvement areas, and take corrective actions

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in the Treasures segment
Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a leadership position in the banking or financial services sector
• Demonstrated success in team management and motivation to achieve business goals
