About the Role

Vice President Product Management (RTR)

Location: Gurugram

Role Summary:

The Vice President - Product Management will lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for RTR's digital platforms. The role is responsible for delivering customer-centric products that drive business growth, enhance user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.

  • • Lead end-to-end product development across Web and Mobile platforms.

  • • Build innovative retirement planning and investment solutions.

  • • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention.

  • • Translate business needs into product requirements and prioritize the product backlog.

  • • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.

  • • Leverage data and customer insights to improve product performance and user experience.

  • • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

  • • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • • 15+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • • Experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Broking, or Investment Platforms.

  • • Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
