Key Skills Required:

• Have strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem with prior experience of working with Indian banks and NBFC, esp. Lending, Collections and Trade Finance

• Demonstrated capability to conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across areas such as:

• Business Strategy . Transformation

• Digital transformation

• Customer experience optimization

• Product innovation (retail . corporate lending, microfinance, fintech collaborations)

• Demonstrated capability to drive projects and their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.

• Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology

• Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting

• Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.

• Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment, along with experience in driving adoption of new technologies (e.g., loan origination systems, etc.).

• Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)

• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills

• Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in cross-functional teams

Level . Experience:

• 12. years of relevant working experience.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Mumbai

• Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs.

• Education: MCA/ Mtech/ MBA/ B. Tech/ BBA/ BSC/ BE/ B.Com
