As a Lead - People Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities, champion Human Resource Management policies and processes, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, provide forward-thinking insights into people processes, create robust communication forums, facilitate employee engagement initiatives, develop and manage people satisfaction programs, cultivate a learning environment, conduct people surveys, ensure functional deliverables, uphold policy compliance, and prepare comprehensive reports on effectiveness.
