Position Overview:
We are looking for a technically strong, result-oriented sales professional to own and drive the complete sales . service cycle for our process solutions (primarily filtration, heat exchangers and related equipment) with a sharp focus on refineries, power plants and associated industrial customers.

The role involves leading a team of sales engineers, securing regular/repeat business, identifying and converting new opportunities (including retrofit and share-of-wallet from competitors), preparing technical specifications for tenders, and acting as the key interface with OEM principals while consistently meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts and territory, with primary focus on refineries, power plants, oil . gas and mining customers.

• Lead, coach and hand-hold a team of sales engineers — set targets, review performance, provide technical . commercial guidance, and ensure consistent execution of regular business.

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities, including retrofit, upgrade and share-gain projects against competitor installations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites (operations, maintenance, projects and procurement).

• Act as the primary bridge between the company and OEM principals (Pall Corporation, Kelvion, Delta PD Pumps, American Air Filtration and others) — ensure timely reporting, alignment on strategy and achievement of agreed targets.

• Prepare and review technical specifications, commercial proposals and tender documents; participate in pre-bid meetings and technical clarifications, especially with government / PSU organizations.

• Drive tender participation and conversion by understanding customer requirements, competitive landscape and pricing strategies.

• Provide technical support and guidance to frontline engineers during customer discussions, site surveys, troubleshooting and solution presentation.

• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities and emerging opportunities; recommend proactive actions to expand wallet share.

• Represent the company in customer meetings, technical presentations and industry events.

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity records in the CRM system and deliver regular MIS to management and OEMs.

Required Skills . Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of industrial filtration systems, heat exchangers and related process equipment used in oil . gas, refineries and power generation.

• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and leading a team of sales engineers in the industrial / process equipment domain.

• Hands-on exposure to tendering processes, preparation of technical specifications and dealing with government / PSU organizations (strong advantage).

• Ability to interface effectively with OEM principals and deliver on shared business targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Commercially sharp, target-driven and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).

• MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
