About the Role

Job Title: General Manager Finance
Location: Muscat, Oman
Industry: Shipping & Logistics
Experience: Minimum 20 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
Age Criteria: Below 45 years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and consolidation
Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, audits, and tax management
Drive cost control and operational finance across shipping and logistics functions
Support commercial decisions, tenders, pricing, and strategic business growth
Lead and develop finance teams across regional operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Marine sectors
GCC finance leadership experience preferred
Expertise in FP&A, treasury, compliance, and business partnering
Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles
