I. Role Overview

The Executive Vice President of Product Operations Strategy is responsible for formulating and driving the execution of the company's product operations strategy. This role oversees product planning, the establishment of operational systems, the implementation of growth strategies, commercialization efforts, and cross-departmental collaboration. By integrating market insights, user data analysis, and business objectives, the role drives continuous product optimization to enhance product competitiveness, user value, and commercial growth capabilities. II. Core Responsibilities

  • Product Operations Strategy Formulation & Execution
  • Formulate strategic plans and annual execution roadmaps for product operations

    Translate corporate business strategy into specific product operations goals and action plans

    Drive the full closed-loop process of product strategyfrom planning and execution to post-implementation review

    Monitor the achievement of strategic goals and continuously optimize execution pathways

  • Product Lifecycle Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end product operations, covering market launch, growth, optimization, and iteration

    Establish standardized operational workflows and management systems

    Optimize strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion

    Drive continuous improvement in product experience and operational efficiency

  • User Growth & Commercialization Operations
  • Develop user growth strategies to expand the user base and boost engagement

    Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities

    Drive the optimization of commercialization models and revenue growth

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance product market performance

  • Data Analysis & Operational Decision-Making
  • Establish a comprehensive data metric system for product operations (covering users, revenue, conversion, etc.)

    Support strategic adjustments through data analysis

    Design operational experiments and optimization plans

    Generate business insights to inform management decision-making

  • Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Coordinate with product R&D, technology, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to advance projects

    Manage goals, resources, and timelines for key product operations projects

    Resolve critical issues arising during product operations

    Ensure the high-quality execution and implementation of strategic projects

  • Team Management & Organizational Development
  • Lead teams responsible for product operations, growth operations, and strategic execution

    Establish goal management and performance evaluation systems

    Cultivate a talent pipeline for product operations

    Foster an organizational culture driven by data and results

    III. Qualifications

    Bachelors degree or higher; majors in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields preferred

    20+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategic operations

    812+ years of team management experience; experience managing large-scale product operations teams preferred

    Proven experience in operating complex product ecosystems and commercialization

    Familiarity with user growth, product lifecycle management, and operational methodologies

    Strong capabilities in data analysis, strategic planning, and driving execution

    Excellent skills in cross-functional coordination, executive-level communication, and resource integration
