Executive Director for Group Business

Suvidha is hiring an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across the group's businesses, spanning automobile dealership, fuel retail, fleet management and logistics operations across Prayagraj and surrounding regions. This is a top leadership position for an experienced business leader who can drive growth, governance and operational excellence across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall business strategy and growth roadmap for the group
Take complete P&L ownership across all group business verticals
Provide strategic and operational guidance to General Managers and department heads
Build and maintain key relationships with principal partners, financial institutions and government bodies
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and expansion possibilities for the group
Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance and risk management practices across the organisation
Drive organisational efficiency, cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives
Represent the group at key forums, partner meetings and strategic negotiations

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution preferred
12 to 18 years of senior leadership experience, with significant P&L and multi-business management exposure
Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen across automobile, fuel retail and logistics sectors is highly desirable

Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
