Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations of Ibis and Ibis Styles portfolio to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals..

• Provide tactical and on-ground direction to ibis and ibis Styles Hotels in India to implement the operational brand standards and hotel strategy. Put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the operational execution of the strategy.

• Personally drive and support the sales, Marketing and Distribution.

• Drive Voice of Guest Score and Guest satisfaction as a key deliverable for General Managers with an emphasis on generating innovative ways to continually improve results.

• Facilitate and coordinate all Pre-opening activities for opening of upcoming Hotels.

• Undertake on-site operational audits to ensure all systems and processes in the Operation are as per standards.

• Survey and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs to stay relevant to the market and prepare strategies driving growth year on year.

• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.

• Attract, train, retain . coach General Managers and leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation.

Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Strong process orientation;

• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;

• Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;

• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals

• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relations

• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network

• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.

• 15 . years’ hospitality experience with minimum 2-3 years of experience being General Manager of big inventory hotel in the economy/mid-scale segment and at least 2 . years in managing a hotel cluster.

• Strong Rooms and Sales background will be an added advantage

• A financial astute person with proven track record in making hotel operation profitable and a very good understanding of controls
