One of our clients, a Global Marketing Services holding company established almost 25 years ago, is headquartered in Singapore and has operations in over 40 countries worldwide. It is a home-grown brand that has emerged as one of the largest, most recognizable marketing communication services networks in Asia Pacific. It has had operations in Singapore since 1995. As more brands and competencies were added to the portfolio, it was officially formed to manage overall group operations and strategies. It offers a comprehensive suite of integrated marketing communication solutions to help clients operate efficiently and effectively deliver their message across, from event management to technology solutions, logistics and fulfilment, translation, creative, interactive marketing, channel/retail marketing, and production management.

We are looking for a Client service Director (Client Servicing) for our client office in Gurugram.

Job Profile:

• The Senior Experiential Strategist is a key member of the Experiential mkt team.

• You will work to create inspiring experiential and BTL marketing solutions; liaise with internal team members to ensure that the experiential POV is clearly represented; help to ensure that creative stays true to the brief by developing close relationships with creative and account team members and contribute to the thought-leadership of the business.

• You are likely to have over 5+ years in experiential marketing or retail activation strategy or BTL marketing landscape and are comfortable working independently and in teams on multiple projects from small scale activations and interactives to large scale experiences, events, and installations. You will be reporting to the Creative Services Director of the Experiential And Content Strategy Team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analyse client briefs and business issues to identify the problems to address.

• Gather data and insights to create strong creative ideas and solutions.

• Help structure proposals and presentations to ensure that the argument and POV come across clearly and succinctly.

• Presenting to clients, as well as internally, to senior account and creative teams.

• Helping the team to pitch ideas and responses for new business.

• Preparing and facilitating both internal and client-facing presentations to help drive creative ideas forward.

• Attending cross-agency meetings and guiding strategic thinking from an experiential POV.

• Helping internal stakeholders to set objectives.

• Supervising creative partners and internal creative teams to achieve best possible content executions.

Skills and personal qualities:

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

• Well-developed understanding of the ways in which experiential differs from communication and campaign strategy/planning.

• A deep understanding of how brands work and the consumer's needs in the marketplace.

• Calm and confident.

• Collaborative and approachable.

• Flexible and willing to learn.

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Must have:

• Excellent writing and Copywriting abilities.

• Strong strategic ideas and content.

• Solid understanding of the ways that technology can be used in experiences.
