Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

This is not a managerial CTO role. This is a builder CTO role.

You will:

Custom Agent PipelinesOpenAI / Cohere (via OpenRouter)Langfuse (evaluation & observability)mem0 (memory layer)Redis / BullMQ for async orchestrationYou will:

Architect agent systems (memory, tools, orchestration)Define evaluation frameworksBuild reliability and observabilityShip AI features that create measurable outcomesDecide where deterministic systems outperform AIWe are not building demos. We are building production AI.

ERP Stack:
